Remote Assistance

We are here to assist you remotely!  Please follow the instructions below…

 

 

  1. Download the TeamViewer desktop application: https://get.teamviewer.com/coloradocomputer
  2. You will be prompted to download a small file that contains the application.
  3. After the file downloads, open the file and run the “TeamViewer QuickSupport” app.
  4. After the app opens, an email will be sent to us and we will be invited to connect to your session.  If you wish, you may edit the “name” and “description” fields, then click “Request Support.”
  5. Once connected, you will see our session starting and remote control after you allow us access.  You may close the app at any time, or the end of our session, and our connection will be ended.  Cheers!
